What is your travel policy?
Travel within 20 driving miles of West Haven is included. 21–40 miles adds $50 per visit, and over 40 miles adds $100 per visit. Travel fees apply to individual visits, packages, and memberships.
How long do NAD+ IV treatments take?
Approximate NAD+ IV durations: 250 mg about 2 hours, 500 mg about 4 hours, and 750 mg about 6 hours. Actual timing may vary based on your individual infusion rate.
What geographic areas do you cover?
Diamond IV Therapy proudly serves clients throughout Connecticut from our base in West Haven. Travel within 20 driving miles is included. Travel 21–40 miles is subject to a $50 fee, and travel beyond 40 miles is subject to a $100 fee. These travel terms apply to individual treatments, packages, and memberships. Standalone injection visits require a $199 minimum appointment total, plus any applicable travel fee.
How long does a treatment session last?
A typical IV hydration session takes between 30 and 60 minutes for most drips. NAD+ IV infusions range from about 2 hours (250 mg) to 6 hours (750 mg), depending on your personalized plan. Please allow extra time for your initial assessment, RN setup, and separate glutathione administration when included. Injection-only visits are usually about 30 minutes, including your treatment and observation time.
